First of all. Thank You for visiting our Blog and being a regular reader.

We started this Blog because we have strong feelings toward the Green Movement, the environment, healthy living, alternate energy and in making this place a little better for future generations. There is no better way to meet others of a like mind and share thoughts and ideas than with a Blog.

There are three writers that submit material at this time to Way to Go Green and we all submit under my name Cato, as the editor. Everyone has free reign to work on what ever they would like as long as it is within the normal theme and purpose of this Blog, it will get published. We do not have any set schedule to publish, but we do generally have a goal of at least a couple of times a week, hopefully once a day, and ideally two or three times a day.

The publication schedule is just random at this time, though we have been able to ramp up some lately. More is better, but we are not employees and there is no boss to answer to, so it happens as the spirit moves us.

Our goal is to engage readers and create dialogue so that we all can benefit from your fantastic collective knowledge. That seems to be like pulling hens teeth, but we keep efforting. I know for sure, that there are hundreds of you that read this Blog on a daily basis; sometimes we have had over a thousand visitors in a day. That’s not bad for a Blog that is less than six months old.

We strongly encourage you to leave comments, ask questions, tell us we are jerks, promote your green cause, or what ever, but we do want to hear from you readers. We are discussing coming up with some kind of a bonus or a gift for commentators and subscribers, but we are still working that out.

There are two ways to subscribe to this Blog. If you are familiar with RSS news reader programs, then you can click on the little orange chicklet where it says “Subscribe via RSS.” If you would rather not have all of our new posts fed to you that way, then you may subscribe at the top right where it says “Subscribe via Email.” That way, once a day you will get an email notice telling you of any new posts on this Blog. We never share your email with anyone, see our Privacy Policy.

We have added a new tool called “Search this Site Here:” You can input any word or phrase that you are interested in and you will find all of the instances on this Blog from previous posts where it occurs.

On the right hand side of the Home Page you will also see that we are in Alltop. We were very honored to be selected to be added to Alltop’s Green category and they pick up our posts for rebroadcast. Many of you we see come in to this site from Alltop and we want you to know that we love having you here and please take your time, look around, there is a lot of content here now and it is growing every day. Subscribe and don’t be a stranger.
